 Farewell is an Ending for the Host but New Beginning for the Guest Who is Leaving.  Departure after being together for so long is natural. Nothing can stay together for so long. Everything has to go away from something or someone we get attached to. It is totally natural. But the culture of bidding farewell is so sweet gesture practiced in every group, organization, institution, agency and etc to offer warm wishes and prayers to the person who is leaving that place.  Sending person with happiness in heart, motivation in action and peacefulness in soul is crucial. Journey of success doesn't end with farewell in one place but it starts again with notes of farewell in other new place.  So,  whenever you bid farewell to someone, be it sweeper, be it wet cleaner, be it security guard, be it CEO,  be it minister, treat them equal when it comes to bidding farewell.
